Came home from a hol to find the glass in my 19 year old wood burner was cracked. LOVELY guy from stove care and repair got new glass on courier which arrived the following day along with a new gasket. I cannot praise Stove Care & repair enough for there customer service, to say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement, I called to enquiry about replacements screws and was sent some next day. I received a call from Mark (Director) to ensure I was completed satisfied with the service l received. What a pleasant experience, I wish everyone would a business like Mark's.

Yesturday I spoke to Katie regarding a replacement baffle brick for my woodburner. She was so efficient. New her product. Arranged for it to be cut to size.
In 24 Hours it arrived at my front door ,very well packed ( so often not the case with some companies) and it fitted my stove perfectly.
Thanks to Katie we will be warm at Christmas.
