Having incorrectly ordered the wrong part via internet, l then called them and spoke to Mark. Who then sorted the whole issue within minutes. Ordered the correct parts with Mark . They were despatched on the Friday and I received them on Saturday. Absolutely superb service and would recommend the company to anyone.

Just have to write this glowing review as the service was First Class. I initially contacted via WhatsApp on a Sunday night, obviously not expecting a response until Monday, but within a few minutes Mark wrote back. Ordered an array of parts for my Hunter Herald which arrived,  well packaged, and all present as ordered. We went to Stove Care & Repair to look into having our fireplace replaced, as we are getting to old to deal with something that loses heat. Mark was absolutely brilliant with supplying us with a list of fitters we could contact, and the one we went with suggested an inset stove, which we hadn't considered. We were able to purchase the ACR Tenbury inset stove we went with from Stove Care & Repair, and the entire process was hassle-free and smooth throughout; Mark couldn't do enough for us. Absolutely fantastic customer service from the team. Took my fire bricks in (now discontinued) fully expecting parts not to be available. The very friendly and knowledgeable team custom cut my firebricks there and then (I was expecting to wait for days for turnaround) and were cheaper than anything remotely similar online.
